With 15+ years of experience across IT operations, technical support, systems administration, infrastructure, and technical documentation, I bring a unique combination of hands-on technical expertise and knowledge management. My focus is on capturing organizational knowledge, structuring information, and creating documentation that makes technology and processes easier to understand, access, and use.
My work includes:

Throughout my career, I've supported enterprise IT environments, administered Microsoft and cloud technologies, led technology initiatives, trained employees, managed vendors, and developed systems that improved efficiency and reduced operational friction.
That technical foundation shapes how I approach knowledge management. I don't just document technology—I understand how it works, how people use it, and where information gaps can create operational challenges.
